If an error is made by OF THE EARTH and you receive an incorrect item, we will promptly ship the correct item at no additional cost to you. You may keep the original item received.

OF THE EARTH is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, lost packages, or damage that occurs once the order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
